Understand the Law of Reciprocity
What goes around comes around. When people do things that make life easier for you they may not expect repayment. But, at some level, you will take note of their wilingness, their assistance, and their unselfishness. You will recall how good that made you feel. You may never have an opportunity to repay those individuals, but you will have opportunities to "pass it on." There will be times when you can help someone else feel a little better. Think of all the talents you have been given and the times others have helped you along the way. Paying back can be a very pleasurable experience.

Seminars based on the process shared in this book and titled "How to Reinvent Yourself" have been a big hit. People in transition, retiring, recently divorced, recent collage graduates, particularly seem interested in how to make life work in new circumstances. Reviews have been excellent! I am now producing and hosting a TV program using the theme of the book and interviewing interesting people about their life experiences. Some recent guests of The Jo Condrill Show include Charles Kray, who has written plays that were presented off-Broadway in New York as well as around the US; David Heavener, independent film maker; Cheryn Smilen, entrepreneur, and others. The show is broadcast on cable in the Los Angeles/Hollywood/Beverly Hills area primarily. I am investigating other opportunities to spread the reach of the process contained in the book. It can be life-changing.
