In this factual autobiography, Jim Graham shares his unassuming events, in his pursuit of Prosperity. He recalls the joys, and the hardships poor people endured while progressing through life. The life-changing events allowed for his progression, and eventual reward of Prosperity. His close knit family relied heavily on themselves, and respected the support of many others. He shares the joys of a child having an abundance of love, the hardships he endured by the lack of wealth, and presents a compelling representation of accomplishment.
I know, I know! My author skills need a lot of polishing, however my book, Prosperity, The Jagged Trail, even with the editing and presentation, allows for an education about life, presents factual data concerning history in the 1940 years, and represents life as I lived it. My book is a true-life story, about a family, who had no financial security blanket, and relied on their faith in God for survival.
Jim is a retired Design Engineering manager of Kulicke and Soffa Industries. He earned a degree in Tool and Die Making. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Tool and Die Institute. He earned a degree from the International School of Advanced Tool Design and Engineering. He is a member of Mechanical Engineers Association. He holds several patents for concepts and design of Semi-Conductor machines. He earned a degree at North American School of Firearms. He is a Blue Lodge Master Mason and a 32-Degree Scottish Rite Mason
Jim, an ardent supporter of the Salvation Army in their cause to assist the needy and depressed, in addition, they were instrumental in his life. He acknowledges the Masonic fraternities for their contributions to the underprivileged children in medical needs, from first hand experiences.
Jim continues to live by the virtues instilled by his parents. He believes and lives-by the Golden Rule. He appreciates the small incremental steps forward, sent to his loved ones, from the almighty.

As with any family, there were accidents in our family as well. I remember Harold and I getting out of bed one morning and lighting the Kerosene lamp to go downstairs. On the way down the steps, he tripped and fell into the Kerosene lamp, a ball of fire erupted, and his clothes are on fire! I was directly behind him when he tripped and fell. Harold’s clothes are on fire; his chest is being severely burned. The fire is burning briskly because of his Kerosene soaked clothes and Harold is screaming in pain. I screamed for Mom and Dad and as I watched this horrible sight, panic is on my face. I did not know what to do being young and scared; all I could do is scream. Dad rushed to his aid, in moments Dad pulled off his burning clothes.
Still screaming in pain, Dad carried Harold to the hospital, we had no transportation to use; we did not have a car. We had no phone to call for help; there are no phones. There is no other choice but to carry him to the Hospital and hope for the best. The Hospital is over a mile away from our house, a long way to travel carrying an injured boy who is screaming in pain.
