All life is made from pure Universal/Cosmic energy. This may seem like an understatement, but most people unfortunately still don’t grasp it fully. REIKI stands for U L F E – Universal Life Force Energy. Directly translated from the Japanese it is: Rei– Universal Life, and ki(chi) – Force/Energy. Reiki is not just simply a vague belief system of healing or Eastern Cultural practice; it is life and it is a foundational system to base our lives on and to use in our ‘every moment’ lives.
Energy is not exclusive or mutually exclusive; everything is energy.
