To experience life fully, and joyfully, one's heart and mind needs to be present in the moment. Being in the moment requires recognizing and delving into layers of beliefs, frozen emotions, past traumas, and self-limiting thoughts. The task is to remove burdensome rocks in our garden within that can deprive our soul and body of nourishment. In Tend To Your Garden Within, I have identified some of the burdensome rocks in our own gardens that are blocking us from experiencing more joy in our lives and in our relationships.
