Mutuality:The Full Life Process is a humanistic-existential philosophy derived from observation, experimentation, analysis, and research into the literature. It represents something substantive, far-ranging and helpful in an overall manner for both individuals and the society as a whole. The philosophy of mutuality is profound and interesting, and because it is already at work in the enhancement of the quality of life for some people, there can be no doubt about its credibility.

Mutuality  is a positive, faith-oriented way of life, motivated by man's inner-most natural instinct, propelled  by the desire for self-esteem, and powered by love. It is not propositional but relational, empathetic, conciliatory, and passionate to the point of being sensuous. In mutuaity freedom to be oneself, is paramount, and the right of a person freely to choose is tantamount to, and derived from, personal meaning.

In the mutualty process there are seven steps which correspond to the naturalness of man and his relationship to the universe..By naturalness is meat man prior to enculuration and man cooperating with the laws of the unverse.There are very likely more principles, but until now, only seven have been isolated as a result of the review of literature and knowledge of the mutuality process. They are Responsibility, Freedom, Love-power, Self-transcendence, Creativeness, Commitment and Enjoyment.
