How are we to live our lives reasonably safe from destructiveness without withdrawing or hiding to avoid things we fear and apparent danger? This book answers that question and demonstrates how a person can embrace the "Mutuality way of being" and increase his chance for survival and finding meaning, purpose and fulfillment in living.
The Mutuality Warrior subscribes to the Mutuality philosophy. In essence, Mutuality is the concept of man as a responsible being, with his own happiness as both the practical and ultimate purpose of his life, with creative expression as his noblest activity, and love as his only absolute. (Love is the good we do and it alone when well served is always good and right in every situation).
Even if the reader of this book does not commit himself/herself to becoming a Mutuality Warrior he/she will be richly benefited from reading this book and applying the seven Mutuality principles to his daily living. He will learn how to confront and manage destructiveness effectively and be a victor, not a victim.

I lift my right hand against destructiveness.
I extend my left hand in caring.
I raise my two hands in praise.
With my right hand I confront fear,
oppose greed, deflate egoism,
challenge laziness, disarm the abuser, expose the manipulator
and deprive the parasite.
These are seven destoryers of life.
With my left hand I administer
compassion, embrace intimacy,
engage in play, express uniqueness, bestow honor, inspire oneness and give all to love.
These are seven enhancers of life.
With my two hands I glorify God, enjoy salvation, maximize health,
empower friends, proclaim truth, safeguard freedom and promote peace.
These are seven delights of life.
In my full life stance I am; I know;
I feel; I do; I transcend.
I am being the knowing, the
feeling, the doing, the transcending.

The aforementioned statement is the pledge of the Mutuality Warrior. It defines or, more correctly, describes his livingness. Every person has a philosophy, ideas and ideologies, be they relevant or irrelevant, motivate individuals and ideas, be they constructive or destructive, manipulate and direct or control the course of action a person takes. This is true for the Mutuality Warrior. As the philosophy of a person goes so goes that person. Application of the Mutuality philosophy to living produces healthy individuals and can, if it impacts a significant portion of the population, create a healthy society - the ultimate community.

Refrain:
I write the song, I sing the song,
I live the song I sing about.
It's the song of my journey as a Mutuality Warrior
1. That journey takes me far and near but most of all it is a journey within;
That journey though at times a battle ground engaging my Warrior's soldiering power in a fight for my survival...
Yes I can say, Sweet is the journey on the Warrior's road
And I wouldn't take anything for my journey.
2. I see the people reaching out, And I hear them say "Oh Warrior please stay;" I share with them as best I can before moving on to be alone listening to life sing the song that says we are one...
Yes I can say, Sweet is the journey on the Warrior's road
And I wouldn't take anything for my journey.
3.That journey is an encounter with life and death and celebration of life;
My journey gives me hope that travelers like myself will demonstrate how real love makes whole and sets free all who are unfree...
Yes I can say, Sweet is the journey on the Warrior's road
And I wouldn't take anything for my journey.

I enjoin you to partake liberally of the offering that awaits you, when you read this book.

Excerpt

Decadency, feelings of hopelessenss, disease, pollution, poverty and corruption are present nearly everywhere. People are despairing and the garden once beautiful and nourishing is now barren. It is more like a cesspool than a river. There is so much to be done before the garden, our embattled and life-sucking world, may bloom again and dispense fragrances that will remove the bitterness we taste and keep us from becoming the modern dinosaurs of planet earth. We are the gardeners and the seeds which together have the power to bring forth a rich harvest, including, our healing. Let us tend this life and our living with care that the harvest might be beautiful. Remember, it is in our hands, Mutuality Warrior. Unless you tend the garden there will be no harvest desirable for humans, no rejoicing, no victory over defeat and, just maybe, the end of hope. (p. 52)
