Why are the seven Michigan Supreme Court Judges of 1928 great judges and the four Michigan Judges of 2010 terrible judges? In 1928 Chief Judge George Clark and his associate judges protected the individual citizen from abuse of power by the government. These judges were for individual freedom and rights and against government tyranny. In contrast, in 2010, Chief Judge Henry Saad and his associate judges supported the government's abuse of power against an individual by eliminating a citizen's statutory right to freedom of information. These judges were against individual freedom and rights and for government tyranny.
