Triple Mayhem is a murder mystery trilogy, combining the first three Faison Quay novels, "Now That I'm Gone", "In The Absence Of Passion" and "Narcissus' Reflection".
As a trilogy, Triple Mayhem chronicles three of the quixotic murder-mystery-solving challenges of the exceedingly wealthy Faison Quay VI. In allowing these stories to be told, Faison Quay granted unlimited access to confidential files, recordings, family, friends and staff involved in those events.
Readers will meet people from all levels of society: the highest of the lowest; the lowest of the highest; and, everything in between. Some of the people possess incredible power and use it wisely; while others abuse their power and will do anything to maintain the status quo. Many will impress, amaze and amuse with their grace, humour, talent and dedication; while others will disgust, repel and appal with their greed, lack of moral turpitude and shameless disregard for life.
Intricate challenges faced by Faison, reveal details of the everyday life lived by the Quay household, as well as the working environment of some of the employees of Key Holdings International. Hopefully, these details will add to the reader’s enjoyment, as they enter a world, until now, shared by only a very select coterie of people.
When friends call upon Faison to help extricate them from serious charges, in many instances murder, Faison unhesitatingly throws his entire resources, including intellectual, financial, a broad and highly-placed international friendship base, and immense staff, behind the challenge. As Faison Quay VI has averred, on numerous occasions, “Money is no object when murder is at stake.”

Until this moment, the quixotic murder-mystery-solving capabilities of the exceedingly wealthy Faison Quay VI have been veiled in utmost secrecy.
As a close friend, I have convinced him to allow me to chronicle three of his many challenges; in so doing, I have been given unlimited access to confidential files, recordings, family, friends and staff involved in those events. To the best of my ability, and the recollection of those present, I have reconstructed the conversations and actions that occurred.
The only proviso Faison Quay placed on me was I had to change the names of many of his friends and employees mentioned throughout the events, in order that they remain out of the public’s scrutiny. As for the others, I’ll leave it up to you which ones you determine are liars, cheats and scoundrels.

Hopefully, these details will add to your enjoyment, as you enter a world, until now, shared by only a very select coterie of people.

In order for you to better understand the resources available to Faison Quay VI, I have excerpted a passage from ‘Now That I’m Gone’.
‘Faison Quay VI, as the sixth descendant to carry the now-famous appellation of Faison Quay, has built the privately held family business, over his forty-nine years, from an inherited value of three hundred million dollars to nearly one hundred and thirty-five billion dollars and has dramatically diversified the company in the process. Originally founded by the Quay family progenitor, Faison Quay, as a Quebec City-based shipping firm, Compagnie de maritimes du Quay, the Quay family moved to Toronto around the beginning of the twentieth century and anglicized the company name to Key Shipping, assuring the proper pronunciation of the company name by the English, while retaining the family name of Quay. Faison’s father, Faison V, branched into mining and oil exploration; but, it was the present Faison who changed the company to Key Holdings International and diversified into international commercial and residential construction and management, hotels, aircraft leasing, cruise line, security protection, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, international breweries, fruit and carbonated beverages and food processing. Through his dynamic tutelage, the numerous Key companies attracted the top executives and personnel, in their specific fields, due to Faison’s ‘hands-off’ approach and well-above industry compensation levels. He expected nothing but the best from each person and always received even more.’
Faison and, his spouse, Dr. Stark Redfearne, along with their son Faison Quay VII, lovingly called Veetwo, reside in their magnificent forty-eight thousand square foot, two-story penthouse, atop the nonpareil Key Mansions, which is dramatically perched on the brow of a hill overlooking the mesmerising landscape of the dynamic City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
