The rise of rock legend Richard Turner from his obscure early days in South West London, to the materialization of his teenage dream: be a superstar of immense wealth and power. As he becomes more and more successful topping the charts and touring the world, someone somewhere is determined that he must be destroyed; suddenly he faces the threat of an unknown enemy.

The adventures of Richard and Peggy take place against the background of three decades chronicling the key events in politics, music and technology, mixing fiction and real events such as the rise and the fall of the Berlin Wall, the Profumo Scandal, the Cuba Crisis, the death of Marilyn, the killing of JFK, the Swinging London, the Vietnam War, the wild tours, the sex revolution, the hippies and the yuppies, the struggle for the control of the global media market and more.

Partly inspired by actual events, the story has a web of love, danger, death and action set in London, Paris, the South of France, America and exotic locations such as the Caribbean, Morocco, India and Venice.
