NEHMAHPAH resides in the belly or navel Chakra. In the Itanamic language it means “Choosing to Experience the Essence of Innocence.” NehMahPah is a breathing symbol that resides in the belly correlating the importance of breathing from this space, (also referred to as re-birthing breathing) versus shallow breathing from the lungs. According to traditional Chinese medicine and health practice this area is known as the Dantien which translates as the “sea of qi” or “the energy center” where our life force Essence and Spirit are stored and regenerated. It is the centering of one’s mind in the lower dantien one is better able to control ones thoughts and emotions and achieve higher states of awareness thus the ability to tune into the power and healing intentions of the symbol. During the developmental phase within the womb it is this area where all of nutrients that are transferred from the mother through the umbilical cord build and disperse from this space. It is the processing center of all that we ingest and this energetic reservoir remains accessible to us through meditation and inner contemplation.
The outer oval represents consecrated space created within and around us, the infinity symbol reflects the continuous breathing flowing and smoothly switching at the center crossing between the exhalation and inhalation, the spiritual and the physical, the immortal and the mortal. It is designed to cleanse ones self and ones vision of life and how they are meant to live it and return us to the innocence and bliss of having all our needs met for you versus by you, returning you to working to live versus living to work, returning you to the simple essence of life and its fearless, peaceful, harmonious flow effortlessly. It requires one to make a choice to focus in this way at every moment. By choosing so one then makes the process of creating ones experiences of life conscious.
