Only Cole is out of his jurisdiction and isn't the boss anymore.When a body shows up in Bay City outside Cole's apartment, the powers that be begin to wonder if he's protecting Lexi, and what else he might be hiding. As Cole and Captain Horton piece together the truth about the first victim, a hurricane bears down on Bay City.
