A young college student, Danny Black, is beaten up and left for dead while visiting his grandfather. While in the hospital Danny mysteriously gains a split personality. Whenever he puts on a mask Danny becomes the demented vigilante Heaven's Demon.

Now with the help of a former military intelligence officer Heaven's Demon takes to the streets to take down the top crime family in the city while facing many villains along the way.

On his quest though the young hero must learn how to balance his life as best he can. While trying to remain himself Danny quickly learns that Heaven's Demon has taken over his entire life.
