Forget laying out all of the resources on religion or Jesus that you have side by side. If you really want to get to know Jesus, the real one, this book will help take you there. In his book, Stained Glass Jesus, Dr. Rogers focuses on encouraging each other to take the next step in our journey of faith as well as encouraging ourselves to get to know the REAL Jesus. You may hear about Jesus every Sunday and think you already know all there is to know about Him. But after reading Rogers book, I've realized that when you love someone, you can never spend too much time getting to know him better. Rogers discusses faith in a new light, making everyone, believers and non-believers alike, to feel welcome. The book is not only a refreshing read for the mind, but is soul inspiring and uplifting as well.
