A man finds the power of telekinesis-he can fly. Frightened of being labelled a freak he only flies at night. At first he uses his power to play tricks on others, but as his power increases he becomes violent to those he dislikes. Although he thinks himself unseen the Flying Man is being tracked by a reporter keen to make the scoop of a lifetime. But even the reporter does not suspect that there are those lurking in the shadows who want the Flying Man's secrets-even if they have to abduct him.
