Dear God
It is my pleasure to review this delightful children's book by Author Mary Rincon and Artist Susan Haught. The simple little questions posed in this book may very well be a child's first queries in getting to know God.
The simplistic approach to these questions and the endearing answers make this book a wonderful opportunity to create a positive image of a child's early encounter with his/her Creator. The artwork by Susan Haught adds to this creative experience and is sure to please any young child. One aspect that I would have preferred to see is...when God answers, instead of saying "Dear Son" perhaps saying "Dear Child", would have made this book more gender friendly so it could appeal to all the precious little daughters as well. Other than that, it's delightful!
