The Templar order survived their own demise in 1307. Their treasures were brought to America and a colony planted along with a great treasure.
In 1307 the treasure of the Templars was sent to Scotland. The powerful Sinclair, hereditary guardians of Freemasonry brought the treasure to the New World. Henry Sinclair in 1398 started a colony in what is now Newport Rhode Island. A octagonal structure mirroring those built by Templars from Ireland to the Baltic still stands today. Christopher Columbus married in a branch of the Sinclair family and was given the maps of his new father-in-law, a Templar.
The Newport Tower was first recorded by the Italian explorer Giovanni da Verrazano who called it a Norman Villa and wrote of his experience with the descendents of the colony including a leader Magnus. While some have called in a windmill, the Tower has demonstrated an orientation to the movements of the sun and the moon, a feature demonstrated on the Templar island of Bornholm and other similar structures in the Old World.
"The Great Teen Fruit War, A 1960 Novel" involves conflict between the Blues (sons of blueberry farmers) and the Reds (sons of peach growers) in a southern New Jersey agricultural community.
