During this four-year project, I found solice in a place I moved into, which is a residential health care facility. "Bouncing Back" is about how I acquired to like it there and what I did to help myself along the way to recovery. I'm not cured from bipolar, depression, or social anxiety. However, I've uncovered my own way of survival through many, many years of pain, agony, and suffering.

This is a must read for all who suffer mental illness. My main goal is to help stop stigma of mental illness. My second goal is to help stop suicides from happening so widely across the world. My wish is that there were no suicides, but we don't live in a perfect world. The only thing I could do to help prevent suicides is tell my story. Hopefully, my story will help people understand mental illness.
