Another great read!
This book is another great read by Mr.Webb! The characters grip your attention from the very beginning with their personality quirks, secrets, fears and passions.
Although the story takes place in a futuristic society, the behaviors and characteristics of authority are all too real in today`s world. Big Brother is watching!
This is a very thought-provoking and suspenseful read - a great book that you will want to share with friends. An absolute must for book clubs!
Shaun Webb does it again!
Shaun pulls another one up for our enjoyment. Fast paced, and full of twists and turns the book capitalize his style and tantalized the reader to keep going in anticipation of more. The subject matter is contemporary to today's standards of a society gone array which Mr Webb defines skillfully executes with in a convincing and serious manner. It is truly an enjoyable read.
One note: In my opinion there are a few technical things that could be cleaned up, but nothing that would result in a reduction in the book's rating. I read a book for the story it provides me, not for what I can find wrong with it. One of the reviews here has seriously done Mr Webb a disservice in it's vindictiveness. Hopefully, potential readers who use reviews as I do for purchase decisions, will see it for what its worth and ignore it.
awesome book by intriguing author
I eagerly anticipated this book, since I have enjoyed Shaun Webb's other four books. I was not disppointed. As usual, he mastered the art of keeping the reader wondering what was going to happen next. As usual, I was always surprised at the twists and turns. The characters are fascinating.
My favorite part about this book is how he introduces his spin on how the size of government is becoming scary. While the events in the book might seem surreal, you will find yourself comparing these events to the directoin of our country and seeing that perhaps it is not so far off.
