Liam Penn is the CEO of a multi-billion dollar International Energy Corporation. His best friend is murdered when a terrorist suicide bomber blows up the airplane he is traveling on. Liam seeks retribution for the death of his friend by devoting his time and money to building an organization of American Muslims trained in espionage for the sole purpose to hunt down and eliminate terrorist leaders where ever they find them, anywhere in the world.
