The government, or the Parental Control Authorities, controls what people should, can, and what they cannot do. One such example is the administration of procreation, which happens in a conveyor belt-like manner wherein the offspring are “sold” as a common commodity. Alan Chanlanont has a tough time living under these conditions and takes action to change that.
