A community of trolls live deep in the forests, hidden from humans. Sometimes however, a brave human enters the forbidden areas to pick berries but in this instance, Tor, the wicked troll, captures a berry-picking woman and holds her captive in a deep den which is guarded by ferocious wolves.
The trolls however, not happy to leave the situation as it is, carefully plan a rescue mission, including Krissy and Goosala Goop in their plans. Various rescue ideas are discussed, but ultimately, they agree that Goosala Goop is the answer to their rescue. Not without great danger to himself though!

Young Krissy brings her imaginary friend, Goosala Goop to life with her wild and unlimited imagination. Her desire to lear about trolls takes the two of them to breaktaking forests of Sweden where they meet a friendly community of trolls.
They learn that a wicked troll guarding his supply of berries, has captured a human being who dared to venture and pick his berries. Krissy, Goosala Goop and a small team of trolls embark on an adventure to save the captive. Various rescue options are considered but ultimately they resort to using Goosala Goop's magic ability to transform himself into a wolf to gain access to the cave where the captive is being held. Two ferocious wolves guard the entrance making the rescue tricky and dangerous, especially for Goosala Goop!
