George, an outstanding and stalwart man has been offered ownership of his employer’s very successful and profitable engineering company. However, one day as he was driving to work, a devil-driven SUV suddenly appears menacingly close. George exits the freeway to escape just as it triggers a terrible, flaming traffic accident. George knows the SUV driver has caused it, but now the devil’s big vehicle is invisible to bystanders.
Similar horrendous episodes continue. George becomes aware of forewarnings, but his explanations to law enforcement are implausible. Is he a terrorist? They can never see the SUV, but finding him always nearby, he is arrested numerous times. This anguish consumes him, he turns to booze and he loses everything dear to him. He is eventually confined to an asylum. Only the love a woman saves him from being a street bum and destruction.
