This is a collections of poems that flow in a beginning, middle, end sort of way that will take you out of your body on a love journey.
When the moon is full it makes night rainbows over waterfalls and at edges of rainstorms. It gives a kind of forest in the imagination if you could see them. They are called moonbows, but they are also ways to look at the earth, the secret colors in the night that could lead you into wide seeing, sometimes straight into a soul, or beloved friend. It is a way to travel with the moon across lakes, rivers, army encampments, hungry children moaning. Moonbows look white at first, but as your eyes get used to night vision, the colors appear --then it is easy to start thinking about origins of life, origins of thought: thoughts about knowing impossible things. Your eyes take on inner qualities of time travel, memories of the future shining down in full moonlight. You start to see with the eyes of art, divine eyes of origin, and what you were doing before the beginning of light. The Moonbow Poems are night songs, nocturnes, like pieces of thought music, songs out of the mist; water songs of rainbows. They take you to places you inhabit in your longings, love places, and huge trees looming in ground fog.You take up night-walking among dreams of earth and stars. As you read, your travel by viewpoint shift to your own spiritual landscapes through black rainbows over black mountains and red rivers, and blue smoke of stars burning.
