Somewhere deep beneath that veneer of degradation was a very smart and alive mind. It was my impression, in just the short time I had known this man, that this was not his real life. That there was another person buried in the outfit that he called the Buffalo Kid; someone to be rediscovered, someone who could help me to understand these people and this culture.
I was breaking all protocol by letting him into the ship. No doubt I would be reprimanded for doing so, but I was following my sense on it. And frankly, I was intrigued by him.

What a story! I couldn’t put it down.
It was everything I love in a story. Compelling characters that you could identify with. Significant social commentary. And a message of ultimate hope and faith in humanity.
It had all the hall marks of great science fiction. Yet I wouldn’t call it science fiction. Sure there was an alien, a spaceship and a ray-gun — but they really were just a great story telling device. They could have easily been an angel, a burning bush and a bolt of lightening or even just a wealth philanthropist, a cadillac and baseball bat.
The story was about real people in extraordinary circumstances.
I have just discovered my next favorite author.

I SO enjoyed your book. I JUST finished last night. I stayed up until almost midnight to finished....It is definatly one of those " so hard to put down and turn out the lights at night " kind. Then I see you message this morning.. =) I will be eagerly awaiting the next in the series....Does the "infusion" start soon? lol

I'm looking forward to reading your book Baffalo Kid as soon as I can tear it away from my dad's hands. hahaha. I have read your book intrusion and I could not put it down. Usually it takes me a long time to read a book but I finished this in a couple of nights. I was captivated by the story and the way you write keeps you interested, not a dull moment.
