Hailey and her best friend Jared get caught up in another adventure that ends up more exciting than they bargained for. Was it a trick from Halloween or something worse!
Even though Hailey is a girl, you'd have to call her a tomboy as she loves adventures with her best friend Jared and has no problem getting in and out of spooky situations! She, Jared and her beloved bike Blue manage to keep their lives pretty exciting and sometimes they are not sure whether it's ghosts or just their imagination. You'll just have to decide which one it ends up being!

My boys love her books!!
I'm never disappointed with Bon Rose's stories, and neither are my boys! This one takes us on an old caboose, and leads us on a 'ride' that your kids will enjoy. Being the mother of an autistic child, I can tell you that my son is very quick to tell anyone if he likes a story or not. So, I've hit gold with this author, because he has enjoyed every story that I've read to him from Bon Rose. I want her to know that every evening, both of my boys are tucked in bed, and her words are entertaining them. Thank you for another great story! Well done!!!!
Completely sucked in
The first thing you are going to notice about this story is that you are getting high quality writing here. It is well suited for a child but if you are an adult you are not going to be bored reading it to a child.
I think the second thing you will notice is that continuity with a good series of books. Like all the classic comics we read as children these stories have some very familiar aspects- like the day beginning with the girl jumping on her bike to find her friend so they can go look for adventure.
this would lead me to make a recommendation, so far they are all very good stories- dont just buy one go ahead and buy them all together. you might spend $10 for a hard cover story book in a store but think about it this way, spend $10 here and get something every bit as good but it is a series you will be able to follow and i am sure your children will love it too.
each adventure is different but holds to that same sort of world of adventure through a childs perspective where you will find yourself sucked in. love it
