Hailey and her best friend Jared check out a story about a boy and his dog named Boots at a very old cemetery.
Even though Hailey is a girl, you'd have to call her a tomboy as she loves adventures with her best friend Jared and has no problem getting in and out of spooky situations! She, Jared and her beloved bike Blue manage to keep their lives pretty exciting and sometimes they are not sure whether it's ghosts or just their imagination. You'll just have to decide which one it ends up being!

This is a spooky tale. They felt a gust of wind and they heard a howl, and they saw the grass flatten out like a dog was there, and they went running back to their bikes and rode home! And that's exactly what I would do! My teen brother liked it too. Gabe out!
Love These Short Stories
I love books of all kinds, but these short stories are great, especially when you are in the mood to just wind down for a few minutes, but don't have time to get nestled with a longer book. Tucked within those few pages, the author sets the tone and builds suspense. The character development already sets the foundation for the story and you want to read more. Enjoy it!!
The boys loved it!
This is not the first book that I've read from Bon Rose. My two boys love her stories, and always keep them at the edge of their seats. They now have a new favorite, and they wish they could investigate the old cemetery with Hailey and Jared. I've only read this one to them once, and they're still talking about the adventure. Another home run for the author, and another keeper for my beautiful boys. Well done!!!
