I've rated this book "PG-13" because it does speak of domestic violence. But it is mainly about those five (+1) tools and how I used them to change my life from the inside out.
The original version of this book was pocket-sized (at the specific request of the 200+ prison inmates who asked me to make it that size). Unfortunately, the pocket-sized version is no longer cost effective. So, since I found it necessary to make it bigger in physical size, I took that as an opportunity to add in the (+1), which was something I had always wished I could fit into the little book's manuscript.
