But the book was formulated from various written contributions organized as chapters. And those chapters were primarily the works of three of the books main characters, F. John Surrells, Rashon Leyf, and Ralph Hawk; but a few chapters were written by other individuals who may or may not be central to the various topics and assignments discussed and mandated within the book. Yet, all those writers and characters who were a part of this book seemed so shockingly real - at least they must have seemed so within the mind of the book's true author R.F. Husnik.

And the characters portrayed in this book all lived (and except for one still live) within a very special city in which unexplainable and perhaps otherworldly events were (and still are) capable of happening; and indeed have apparently already taken place from time to time over the years. But the reason such activities may occur in that city seems to be that certain residents of it have been cast as determiners of why most members of mankind's family live their lives in predictable fashions, and why those mortals then usually choose paths of life which either celebrate or condemn artistic productions and lifestyles.
