Insightful and instructive
Well written, to the point, describing the differing aspects of the spiritual DNA we are given at conversion that will enable us to live a kingdom lifestyle, rather than be stuck in a worldly one, without hope. This is not a "church-ese" type of book, but one written with a simple "real-ness" to show the reader the manifest brilliance of what Jesus has given us. This was my first book written by this author, but it won't be my last! Thank you Steve, for your insight and sensitivity to the voice of the Holy Spirit in revelation. Valuable, Interesting, Challenging!!!
Picture a target with several darts spot on the bullseye...there were several parts of this book that caused a resounding AMEN to rise up inside of me. This book contains valuable information on cultivating the soil of your heart and the importance of all that goes into it...in order to nurture and grow the most precious seed there is. I really appreciated the author's analogy between a certain kind of tree and the wheat and tares mentioned in the Bible as well as an interesting new angle on the fiery furnace. It also challenged me to dig deeper to find out more about certain things that I don't have a full understanding about yet. Happy to have it in my growing collection of Steve's books. :)
