A peak into a childs life
Hayden's Garden gives a happy reminicent look at growing up on a farm. Hayden's excitement and disappointments involved in growing his own garden, is realistic to how a child would feel in this situation. I loved that the pictures express the feelings of the characters and life on a farm. I'm looking forward to reading other Hayden books by Brenda M. Spalding
A garden grows here
Hayden made gardening look fun, even though it can be ALOT of work! Great story to introduce kids to gardening. Loved the artwork.
