Professional Reviews

Engaging, Insightful, Practical
"This book belongs in the toolbox of anyone involved in negotiations of any type; that's everybody."

C. Eyal- Amazon.com reader review

Captivating, suspenseful, and I learned a thing or two
The Chamberlain Negations Principles caught my eye and I ordered it even though I'm not "in business", thinking it would be useful as life is often one negotiation after the next. Just being a wife and mother calls for constant negotiating skills, as does my job as a nurse. I'm married to a businessman with some sharp negotiating skills so I thought reading a book like this might level the playing field!
I opened The Chamberlain Negations Principles determined to learn something but not necessarily expecting to enjoy it too much. Imagine my surprise when I couldn't put it down! It reads like a good suspense novel.
Kelner does a captivating job intertwining fiction with his 5 non-fiction principles of negotiations. The story is a page turner. The negotiation principles are seamlessly woven into the storyline, then dissected and further explained in between chapters of the novel.
I strongly recommend The Chamberlain Negations Principles to anyone who's looking for a good read and anyone looking to improve the negotiating skills either in business or in their personal life.

Excellent Book!
When I prepared to read the only the introduction, I did not put the book down until I finished it 2 hrs later. What a great book that could easily be made into a movie. The (5) Negotiation Principles are right on target for any person working in Sales or Operations in a Customer Account.
