A brief affair in Paris between an innocent French woman and a priest turns into an international thriller thirty-five years after the affair which resulted in two sons given up for adoption.
A couple meet and have an affair in Paris. However, this is not your typical boy meets girl situation. The woman is a brilliant tour guide while the man is a recently ordained priest on holiday. She does not know he is a priest at the time of the affair. He returns to his small parish in the States while not knowing that she is pregnant with his child. She has twins, gives them up for adoption, and tries to rebuild her life. She becomes a director of paintings at the Louvre, meets an Arabian prince and falls in love with him. Years later, her husband, now the king of an oil-rich Middle Eastern country, is gravely ill and her sons are eligible to succeed her husband should he die. A search begins to locate them and prevent them from danger from enemies of the king. A heart-stopping thriller.
