Michael heard how men had robbed and killed a manager. They were now in the Hill country holding an old couple hostage.

One day Michael was sitting in his office when his sidekick Luis came running in with a telegram. It said there was trouble brewing in a town in south Texas. A group of outlaws had robbed a hardware store and had murdered the manager plus 3 other patrons. The telegram said the three outlaws were believed to be at the O’Hara ranch in the Hill Country, and they were making the elder O’Hara’s act as their servants.
