"Here's one hundred dollars," Seabury said to the custom's official.
"Two hundred." The greedy agent held out his hand.
Seabury punched some numbers into his cell phone.
"Who you call?"
"Big boss. He needs to know how you're trying to shake me down."
"Oh, okay." The custom's agent took the money, grumbling. Seabury was out the door of the airport, and on his way into Vientiane.
