First let me say that I was not a fan of small dogs at one time. That being said, I must now say that I have changed my opinion thanks to my daughter, Whitney. At one time I thought that a small dog was, well, just for divas. I pictured pampered little dogs with attitude. I imagined the cost of the upkeep on the small dog, I thought after all didn’t they all have to go to the groomer? Didn’t they all shed?
