Winn is a heartwarming adventure drama focusing on events in the life of Brianne Jones, about to experience a life changing event in losing her job and winning a ten-day South Pacific Cruise. Her friends Hannah and Megan are delighted to accompany her, but the trip of a lifetime becomes a horrific catastrophe as the Pacificus becomes lost at sea and the survivors marooned on an uncharted island. Though the novel pays tribute to a number of castaway tales, the author’s focus on the interrelationships makes this as much a tale of overcoming diversity and bonding for the common good.
