James Ehrat's first novel is an entertaining, fast paced, enjoyable adventure. As readers, we are taken step by step through every move the protagonist, Johnathan Parker makes. It's an honest approach to writing, without tricks to increase suspense or create surprise. The plot itself, filled with action, creates suspense. When the plot changes direction, it seems natural and plausible, even if not foreseen. I look forward to another.

I sat here, glued to my chair, till the very end. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am totally amazed at the research you put into writing this book. I could SEE the helicopter dash board in my mind...and every detail of the arms, the cliff climbing equipment and gliders!!!!!! Your complete eye for detail on everything!!!!!! The realism of the characters and their personalities and skills....and the unity of commrads. I felt like I was part of the TEAM, climbing and shooting and even the dining. :) I was THINKING CARLOS was in on the scam (I tend to start SOLVING/second guessing along the way!) I LOVED THE ENDING!!!! It should be a movie!!!!! Blood and guts and all!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! I wish you much success with THIS book and can't wait for the next one!!!!!!
