I really enjoyed reading this book
I really enjoyed reading this book. I thought the storyline was interesting. I was shocked with the ending; didn't see that coming. I wish that we knew more about how the Gatherer felt about the souls he escorted to their destination. Or even what was going on in the minds of the deceased. Were the ones going to the fiery pits of hell, remorseful at all for their wrongdoings? Also, I am a hopeless romantic, I would have enjoyed more writing/description of his love for Claire. The book was a great read and once I started reading it, I couldn't stop until I was done.
