Professional Reviews

This book is fun. I would recommend
This book takes the simple idea of putting down one's phone for a day and facilitates self-discovery along the way. I have discussed the concept of the double-sided coin that is technology with my friends countless times, and this book allows curious minds to explore the relationship between self and technology a little bit deeper. Mainly though, this book is fun. I would recommend "Thumbs Up" to anyone who has ever questioned whether or not technology has really improved our lives. And to those who haven't contemplated this concept... I would suggest they put their phones down for a day and thumb through "Thumbs Up."

Quick and easy. Looking outward rather than in and getting in ...
Thoughtful, quick and easy. Looking outward rather than in and getting in touch with the rest of the world in a tangible way that matters? Yes, please. This book promises to prompt you to do for you what your cell phone has probably failed to bring to reality. And it's funny! Two thumbs up (I couldn't help it..)! Now I am going for a walk!

Five Stars
Such a nice tongue in the cheek look at things to do, both frivolous and serious. Well done.
