Brogan and Kyren get their HEA
Pieced Together picks up 3 years after the end of Broken Pieces, where Kyren left Brogan after killing her father. A lot has happened in their time apart, and they've changed quite a bit but their love for each other hasn't diminished at all. Brogan & Kyren quickly pick up where they left off but still have many obstacles to face, including a huge, life-changing secret!
A bit lighter, more action-packed, but not quite as steamy as book 1, the conclusion to Brogan & Kyren's story was fast-paced and exciting to read. I love that these two stayed true to each other during their separation and found their way back together.
Can't wait to check up on Brogan & Kyren in future books, where their kids will get their own stories. An exciting epilogue a couple decades later sets up their son Steel's book!
HEA worth waiting for.
This second installment in the series continues where the first left off, albeit three years later, and Kelly wasted no time bringing Brogan & Kyren back together in a very clever way!
I experienced quite a few "awww!" and "oh my gosh!!!" moments in this book, and Kelly did a great job of, once again, building up all different kinds of tension throughout.
Brogan and Kyren's love for each other was as fierce as ever, and I loved reading every minute of it.
The ending was interesting; I can honestly say that I have never read an ending quite like this one before. Brogan and Kyren get their well-deserved HEA, but the ending is left wide open for subsequent installments centered on different characters. Can't wait!!!
Together Again
This title is perfect, as it is the story of Kyren and Brogan lives getting pieced back together. It starts 3 years after Broken Pieces and Kelly wastes no time with the story capturing your heart. There are lots of surprises in this story that has you feeling so many different emotions. You can't help but love these characters even more after learning more about them. Pieced Together has a cliffhanger that has me now waiting once again, but I'm sure the wait will be worth it!
