In this short book –also a workbook, she gives more than what are written. It is as if she has given her own soul to enlighten the readers.

Tamela showed us how to begin the process of facing the truth about who and why we are through reflections and completing the exercises mindfully. According to her, we need to filter out the chaotic information that tries to penetrate our soul through our senses. By realizing our true purpose on earth, we would be able to do so.

The seven jewels exposed are letting go of the past, acceptance, shedding the past, letting go of ego, detachment, stepping out of way and living the presence of the Source. Each “jewel” is covered in one chapter followed by reflection, element of light and exercises sections.
