How to learn ten times as much in one third the time. Described as superior to any other program of its type by experts, this book teaches students immediately effective ways to learn far more in less time.

Average students using this approach have become valedictorians while cutting study time in half. A special education student with ADHD, dyslexia and oral speech dysfunction made the honor role the very next grading term and became MVP of the year after being eligible to play basketball for the first time.

A test group of students nearly doubled the number of As after one 2-hour exposure to the contents of this book. A law student cut study time from 8 to 3 hours and improved.

But, it is about much more than getting great grades in less time. It is about using your creativity and imagination to exceed the expectations and imagination of others in everything you do while retaining more knowledge.

Excerpt

You will use this over and over during your study periods until that information is locked in your memory. When you think it is engrained in your memory, do it less often, but keep doing it. A quick self test will extend your memory. Simply schedule a part of your study time to test yourself on those questions. It may be part of 40 other questions for that class you test yourself on. Test yourself on the hard questions more often than the easy ones.

Remember, always allocate your study time with the million dollar deal in mind. What would you spend your study time practicing if you only had the allotted time and you had to get at least a 98 in every class in order to win the million dollars? In this case you would simply write down, Practice Questions 1-5 from notes on 10-22. Now, test yourself by taking out the sheet and asking: What is a gaffer? He is the electrician. What is a grip? He is the stagehand and moves equipment around. What is a close-up shot? Head. What is a medium shot? Head to chest. What is a wide shot?

The foundation for higher academic aspirations.
This book is full of practical advice that creates a clear pathway for any young person to become a more effective student---from junior high all the way to completing a Ph.D.   But rather than a mere compilation of proven techniques that will enable the reader to use class time and study time more effectively, this book provides a unified philosophy of life that serves as the foundation for higher academic aspirations.  Better yet, the advice is presented in a gripping metaphor around surfing that lures the reader into understanding the skills and reading it cover-to-cover.
