sadly, a book that is needed today; would like to read this myself (even though i don't have any family members in nursing homes yet, but that could change...my grandmother was in one for about a month because we could just not manage her anymore, and it was a very painful, difficult decision. thankfully, they treated her well, but she then got worse and then died. it was a very hard time). congratulations on this book!
