This book is a fun adventure about three pugs named Beatrice, Cissy, and Ingah. It is written as if the pugs are people, and Stute's use of personification is fun and beautifully used. (Of course, any "pug person" or "dog person," for that matter, knows that dogs are just little people in fur coats.) The three pugs go on an adventure after learning rhR they must vacate their home for cleaning, as they have lived like pigs for months. They go on a whirlwind adventure across the country, and not to give anything away, encounter inventive and exciting characters. Dispersed throughout the book are adorable pictures of the three pugs as well as a few others on their journey. This book is a must-read and a great gift idea for pug people as well as all dog lovers.

i read this book twice because i enjoyed it so much. it is quite the adventure these 3 pugs take, where it takes them, the other pugs they meet and how it all turns out. this is great reading and entertaining for all ages. anyone who has pugs, or thinking of a pug owning you, this reading is a must have!
