Spying on your next-door hunk may be a perfectly innocent fun. If nobody knows about it.
Olivia Roberts thought she found a perfect way to mend her broken heart – by secretly watching her hot neighbor. And it worked. At least until her little activity got blown and her next-door cutie turned to be a snotty jerk. Realizing she needed to change her way, Olivia did just that. She packed her bags and left for a nice vacation. Mediterranean sun, crystal clear water, and exquisite wine. Bliss.
But her new perfect plan had just one flaw – thinking that her troubles will stay back home. Not if the trouble happens to book the same vacation. And comes in the form of her gorgeous neighbor.

Already relieved, she started reading. And almost choked.
“Hey! Sorry to hear about your ankle. Look, I don't know how to say this but we can't see each other anymore. I know that my timing sucks but it is what it is. Btw, you can keep the book. Also, Lydia feels pretty bad about it so please don't take it on her. Sorry.”
Olivia stared at the screen, barely breathing. She read it over and over again, unable to process the completely illogical set of words in front of her. They sounded so stupid. She felt stunned with all the drugs so maybe she wasn't getting it properly.
But no, there it was, he dumped her.
After six months, he is breaking up with her with a text.
On their anniversary.
On the very day she finished in the hospital buying the bloody knickers for his sorry arse...
No, no, that couldn't be right. Nobody, nobody would do such a thing. Surely it must be a joke. Caleb was a pretty witty guy, this was probably one of his pranks when he sends her an awful message and then comes to her apartment bringing a large box of ice cream. She had to think of an equally funny comeback and send something like...
“Son of the... He blocked me! I can't believe it! The skunk blocked me!” she screamed in complete shock.
Her shrieky outburst woke Francesca the same second. She jumped, turning around in panic.
“What? What happened? Are you alright?” she asked, frightened.
“The bastard blocked me!” Olivia cried again.
“Who? I'm sorry, not sure I'm getting it. What's going on?” She tried again but Olivia felt so furious that she couldn't speak. So she handled her the phone and Francesca started reading. When she finished, she shook her head.
“Bastard!”, she agreed with pure loathing.
“Right?” Olivia asked just to confirm. “What kind of jerk would do this? Dumping me on our anniversary, right after I had an accident and then block me?!”
“The jerks of all jerks, that's who!” Francesca supported her, nodding feverishly.
