I hear a magic, songlike voice.

A voice that’s crystal clear,

Ringing sweetly within my soul,

The voice of you, my dear …

My sister-friend, please sing again

Inside this, is your page.

Take me to your dark, inner den

A new, fantasy age.

A rosy hue, you will imbue

With new worlds I know not

Until, my friend, to me you rend,

One not to be forgot.

And so it is, that so will I

Give a laugh to you, a sigh,

And share my world, a silly poem –

You can call it a new home.

We’ve never voiced a single word,

But, you, Sally, are always heard.
