But we forgot that being positive and loving starts with each one of us. When you are positive and loving, you do the best for yourself, for others and the world.
In this workbook you are going to answer simple, yet powerful, questions to increase your awareness of your own love.

Introduction
So many people, like you and I, are searching for simple solutions to be positive and loving. We all
want our lives to be beautiful, loving, and peaceful. Everyone is trying to have better health, more
wealth and happiness. Somehow we all know, that our lives could only become better, when we are
positive and loving. At least we know it subconsciously. But how do we do it? How could we increase
our love and change our lives for the better? And do we all have what it takes?
In the past I read so many books and attended so many classes/seminars to find out, that no one really
offers a simple, yet easy to use solution to shift my life into a positive direction. Sure, you could
meditate. Yes, you could do affirmations. I tried that as well. Meditation calms you down, but do not
have a dramatic impact on changing your life in a short period of time. Affirmations could work, but
you may have to repeat them thousands of times. That’s a lot of energy and effort that has to be taken.
What ever I tried, I had a feeling there must be something more simple. It felt like there was a
disconnect. All methods I tried had been focused on the mind and how to change it. They never really
touched base of what I am. At least that was how I felt.
As I was confused about what to do and how, I decided to analyze the things I tried in the past. As a
former accountant and financial controller, it’s a natural habit to analyze things. This way I saw that my
feelings are the one thing that have the most impact in my life. Many great masters, like Buddha,
Einstein, Jesus, even Goethe, said in one way or the other, that we could shift our feelings into the
direction we like them to be. And we could do so without suppressing the feelings we do not like. That
was the commonality I saw with so many things I read. This confirmed that the things I’m looking for
are already within myself. Furthermore, focusing on my feelings felt more connecting to my Self rather
than engaging with the mind. Yet, there was this uncertainty if I would be really on the right track. And
if it was the right way to go, would I be able to walk the path until I cross the finish line.
From the aforementioned insight, I decided to make a clear decision to be positive and loving moment
by moment. That may sound like an easy and simple thing to do. Being positive and loving sounds
great, but you could not do it from your mind. Being loving means acceptance of everything. Being
loving is much higher than the mind. It is unconditional love I talk about here. You love everything just
because it is the way it is. It’s what even Jesus and other masters talked about. If someone offends you,
even verbally, you still love them. That does not mean you need to please them, allow the to walk over
you, or to hug them. Love is an inner state. From my point of view, it's not an emotion. Love is our
nature. We just forgot about it. But our mind is somewhat defiant when it comes to positive changes. It
disapproves of everything and everyone, including ourselves. It even disapproves of love, as it has no
idea what love really is. Do you know what love really is? I guess you believe you know. Did you ever
really felt deep love for yourself, someone or something? It’s a feeling where you forget yourself and feel light, happy, save and warm. Honestly, even this
explanation of love doesn’t come close to how it really feels.
