Best children’s book I’ve ever encountered
This is, bar none, the best children’s book I’ve ever encountered. The concept is lovely, the art is beautiful, the writing is charming, the story is engaging, and the math and science are fascinating AND communicated effectively without either talking down to the young audience or going over their heads. I even found myself surprisingly attached to the characters considering how short and fast-paced the book is. Overall I would easily recommend this book to both children and their parents alike.
Educational, colorful, interesting, and fun!
This is everything you want in a children's book—educational, colorful, interesting, and fun! This book is literally filled wall-to-wall with colors, creatures, facts, and tidbits. There is math and science weaved through the story of Pebbles the butterfly and I especially enjoyed the nature and geography too, as Pebbles travels all over the globe and meets various animals. My kids really enjoyed the illustrations (they are top-notch) and how the story ramps up (bigger and bigger and bigger numbers!). This book should be a staple on library and bookstore shelves.

Pebbles naturally mimics a child's curiosity and is the perfect protagonist to teach children the beauty of wonder. Timeless, vivid, and upbeat, Pebbles and the Biggest Number is a joyful tale that shows us all that infinity exists even in the smallest corners of nature.

This book was cleverly written with one simple storyline -with each page including highlighted notes for kids to learn more. This book is beautifully illustrated, bright and vibrant and invigorating to flip through. Though this book was probably made for school aged kids, you could read it to a toddler and concentrate simply on the cute story and vibrant pictures. I applaud the Author for producing such a unique experience for his readers. I 100% recommend this book.
