This thought alone may send you into a tailspin of panic and grief with bleak images of eternal celibacy. Let's stop this for a moment and think about things in the very cold light of day. First of all, the sex that you were having probably was not great. Sex with a partner who is considering leaving the relationship is less than wonderful.
