If you are looking for a delightful story with incredible computer-generated illustrations, I have just the book. MICHAEL MANLEY'S MAGIC MILK MACHINE is filled with breath-taking artwork as important as the entertaining tale itself.
Michael Manley loves milk. One day, he decides that it would be wonderful to improve on regular milk by making it "with a little fizz, and maybe a little wetter." The consequences of his decision lead to his scavenging for machine parts and enlisting the aid of his sister, a talking packrat, and talking fireflies.
As I read MICHAEL MANLEY'S MAGIC MILK MACHINE aloud for my young teen for the purposes of this review, we were both entranced with the graphics. We also had a great time laughing over the tongue-twisting rhythm and rhyme.
Young readers, and young at heart, if you are looking for a terrifically illustrated, fun read for kids, this is the book for you.

I had such a good time with MICHAEL MANLEY'S MILK MACHINE. Michael decides that he can improve on milk and so must build his own milk machine. To attempt to do the deed he gets together with his sister, a special friend named Nick, and assorted helpers.
The story holds interest and sounds super read aloud. The plot is educational but not overtly so. The illustrations are bold and exciting 3D graphics with brilliant color.
